SFBDG has created a business model based solely on INTRODUCING and REFERRING friends, colleagues, and high development businesses and community contacts that have made over the years.

People know that SFBDG has great contacts.  Essentially, people need trusted introductions  carefully curated for strategic reasons.  SFBDG does not market any specific project or investment.

To do this, and permit friends to pursue opportunities,  SFBDG has a specially drafted Agreement which permits friends and companies to engage SFBDG over a period.

The links below go to forms which submit your contact information to make it possible to me to make these strategic and personal introductions.  After review and conversation, you will receive a template Agreement. You can then decide to proceed or pass. We can only tell you that the Agreement is designed to be transparent and very fair. It explains a process limited to personal introductions. This Agreement is designed to reinforce the establishment of introductions without actual involvement in what might transpire thereafter, and assures a mutually beneficial arrangement for all parties.  It also provides for scenarios where we jointly make introductions.
