Companies submit a PROFILE form as an application for Membership.

The form information is used to create a contract Agreement for a three or six mobth period.

Capitalist Direct is not a Broker Dealer and offers no claim relating to the Member. No due diligence or Advocacy is offered.

During the period of Membership, Capialist Direct will display PUBLIC information at this website.

During the period, an introduction is made via email to other members who match as approptiate to receive information on a confidential basis. 

Members must exchange Confidentiality Agreements to receive privare information.
