[Following this description, there are two links to request a proposal. One is "Basic" for Corporation clients for Strategic, Financial, and Business Development Group (SFBDG). The second is for the "Professional Alliance Network" as part of SFBDG.]

I have created a business model based solely on INTRODUCING and REFERRING friends, colleagues, and high development businesses and community contacts that I have made over the years.

People know that I have great contacts.  Essentially, people need trusted introductions  carefully curated for strategic reasons.  I do not market any specific project or investment.

To do this, and permit friends to pursue opportunities, I have a specially drafted Agreement which permits friends and companies to engage SFBDG over a period.

The links below go to forms which submit your contact information to make it possible to have me make these strategic and personal introductions.  After review and conversation you will receive a template Agreement. You can then decide to proceed or pass. I can only tell you that the Agreement is designed to be transparent and very fair. It explains a process limited to personal introductions. This Agreement is designed to reinforce the establishment of introductions without actual involvement in what might transpire thereafter, and assures a mutually beneficial arrangement for all parties.  It also provides for scenarios where we jointly make introductions.

The forms are very simple and only request basic information. If there are QUESTIONS in the form where info is not available, please enter "NA".   The forms take approximately 6 minutes to complete.

Most important is to describe your business interests in general terms in the Question on "INDUSTRY" or "PROFILE AND CREDENTIALS". This entry will be used in the Agreement as well as Introductions.  Your entry must be factual and make no claims or predictions.
